What the numbers on each fixture mean
The score next to each squad is its talent score — a 0–99 rating built from player-level transfer market values, corrected for age and position so a 31-year-old star isn't priced like a declining asset the day before the biggest tournament of his career. It's the same headline number the talent board ranks all 48 squads by, and the full method is written up in how the talent board works.
Reading a matchup off two numbers
A ten-point talent gap is usually decisive over a tournament but not over ninety minutes — group-stage upsets are the norm, not a model failure. For any fixture, the head-to-head page breaks both squads into their strongest XI with per-line ratings (goalkeeper, defense, midfield, attack), which is where a "close" aggregate score often turns out to be one elite line carrying a thin roster. The compare tool runs the same breakdown for any two teams, scheduled or hypothetical.
Times and format
All 104 fixtures of the 48-team format are listed — group stage through the final — grouped by day and shown in your local timezone. Played matches stay on the page with their results, so the schedule doubles as a results archive as the tournament progresses; the knockout bracket tracks the elimination rounds as they fill in.
