How the matchup model calls a fight
Every active contender on the talent board carries four skill ratings — striking, wrestling, grappling, and cardio plus fight IQ — each scaled 0–99. The prediction model takes both fighters' full profiles and produces a win probability for the bout, trained and cross-validated on real fight outcomes (current accuracy: 68% on held-out fights). Style interactions do real work here: a dominant wrestler against an elite striker with a thin ground game is a different fight than two strikers with the same overall numbers.
Scheduled bouts only
This page prices exactly the fights that are booked — no fantasy matchups, and catchweight or cross-division bouts account for the size gap explicitly. When a card changes, the board follows the schedule; when nothing is booked, it says so rather than inventing content. For any bout, the tale of the tape breaks the call down skill by skill, and the compare tool runs the same breakdown for any two fighters. How the ratings themselves are built is covered in how the talent board works.
